The purpose of Faith Academy is to prepare students for spiritual and academic success through Christ centered education. At Faith Academy we SUPPORT each student's ability to achieve academically, ENCOURAGE each student to have a personal relationship with Christ, RECOGNIZE that each student has the potential to learn, VALUE each student as a unique creation of God, and EQUIP each student for life and further education.
  • Faith Academy History

Faith Academy was founded in 1987 by Jacquelyn Griggs to serve high school students. In her extensive years of experience as an educator, Mrs. Griggs recognized the need for education opportunities outside of the traditional school setting. Her desire is for students to not only succeed academically but also spiritually.
  • Faith Academy Provides

Faith Academy provides students with a positive academic environment and flexible schedules to accommodate extracurricular interests. At Faith Academy, traditional school challenges no longer prevent students from being successful. Faith Academy exists to help students see success in high school allowing them to continue into post secondary education. The mission continues, as Mrs. Griggs desired in 1987, to guide students into obtaining a high school diploma through quality education using non-traditional instruction.

Faith Academy is fully accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. Faith Academy provides students with the opportunity to work independently to earn a high school diploma. Students are able to receive assignments weekly and complete course work outside the class room.

Students interact with faculty and staff face to face while maintaining scheduling flexibility. Faith Academy faculty members are available at each campus to assist students in areas where additional help may be needed. Faculty members are qualified and approved for their area of instruction.

Faith Academy’s students are widely diverse from all walks of life; Faith Academy is able to provide each one with an educational option that meets his or her needs.
